New Delhi, November 18, 2025: The Jindal Foundation has unveiled HerKadam, a nationwide campaign aimed at bringing all its women-focused programmes under one platform. The campaign highlights the Foundation’s work in empowering more than 2.7 million women and girls across India through initiatives in health, education, digital literacy, skill development, livelihoods and entrepreneurship.
As part of the launch, the Foundation released the HerKadam brand film, which features real-life visuals and stories of women leading change in their communities. The film showcases examples of resilience, skill-building and aspiration, reinforcing the message that progress made by one woman can uplift families and communities.
According to the Foundation, HerKadam celebrates the idea that every step taken by a woman—whether in education, entrepreneurship, or personal development—creates a chain reaction of impact. Through programmes such as Kishori Express, Vatsalya, Yashasvi, Anjor Digital Literacy, Swawlamban and Aakriti, the Foundation aims to strengthen pathways for women to become socially and economically independent.
The campaign underscores the Foundation’s continued commitment to advancing women’s progress and creating an enabling environment for them to thrive.
