New Delhi, November 20, 2025: BVG India, a leading player in integrated facility management, emergency response services and environmental solutions, is evaluating an entry into the senior living and assisted care sector with a proposed platform named ‘Amrut Anand’. The move comes at a time when India’s elderly population is rising sharply, increasing demand for organised, professionally managed elder-care services.
According to information included in the company’s ongoing IPO-related disclosures, the planned senior living initiative would include independent living, assisted care, memory care, and specialised wellness and medical-support services. The company is examining opportunities to develop structured senior living communities that can address the widening gap in India’s largely unorganised elder-care landscape.
BVG’s interest in this space aligns with its existing operational strengths across hospitals, medical institutes and public health emergency systems. The company has extensive experience in hygiene management, ICU cleaning protocols, biomedical waste handling and patient-assistance staffing—capabilities that are considered essential in long-term elder-care and assisted-living environments.
The proposed expansion will focus on Tier-2 cities, where the demand for organised senior living is increasing due to shifting family structures, dual-income households and growing middle-class affordability. Lower real-estate pressures in these cities also offer opportunities for long-term scalability.
India’s senior-care sector remains fragmented, with rising life expectancy and changing social dynamics pushing more families toward formal care solutions. The entry of larger organised operators such as BVG signals a sector poised for accelerated growth and formalisation over the coming decade.
The initiative is part of BVG India’s broader strategy to diversify into sectors with long-term, stable demand. In recent years, the company has expanded into areas including emergency services technology platforms, renewable-energy services and food solutions, positioning itself for deeper engagement with institutional and community-focused business models.
