Schaeffler India's Campaign To Upskill Mechanics Across Nation

Pune, Aug 31, 2024: Motion technology company Schaeffler India has announced that it is back with the second edition of its highly successful REPXPERT Mobile Training Van campaign, which aims to upskill mechanics across the nation, specially designed for the commercial vehicle (CV) segment.

The first edition of REPXPERT Training Van tour in India, was participated by over 2,600 mechanics and proved to be a huge success. The mobile technical training unit covered over 9,000 kilometers, reaching out to mechanics and automotive professionals in key markets across Northern, Central, and Western India, traversing 8 states and 42 cities across the nation.

The training program from Schaeffler is designed to offer exclusive, in-depth, hands-on training sessions for mechanics to equip them with necessary skills to install and maintain vital replacement products correctly, enabling longer lifecycles.

This initiative is a testament to Schaeffler’s dedication to fostering a culture of continuous learning and skill development within the industry.

Additionally, the Schaeffler REPXPERT App will also be highlighted, that is the perfect go-to app for mechanics providing comprehensive product information and valuable insights such as tightening torques, work values or the required repair instructions when searching for the right spare part. Garage professionals in the automotive aftermarket can easily find many helpful tips in the new application that support their everyday work.

The app combines the functions of the well-known REPXPERT online portal with the advantages of mobile use. The REPXPERT App is now available for free download on iOS and Android operating systems, for both smartphones and tablets.
