New Delhi, February 19, 2026: LTM, a Larsen & Toubro Group company and business creativity partner to global enterprises, has announced a five-year strategic collaboration with the Indian Institute of Creative Technologies (IICT) to strengthen India’s creative technology talent ecosystem.

The partnership aims to build industry-aligned skilling frameworks and workforce readiness across advertising, films, immersive media, and digital storytelling. As creative industries increasingly integrate advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI), real-time rendering, virtual production, and immersive media, the collaboration seeks to address the growing demand for job-ready professionals in these segments.

Under the agreement, IICT will design and deliver training programmes aligned to evolving industry requirements. The curriculum will cover areas such as tech-enabled advertising, AI-driven creative workflows, virtual production, and immersive storytelling. LTM’s BlueVerse CraftStudio will provide role-based frameworks to ensure that course content remains aligned with enterprise needs and global standards.

Students enrolled under the programme will also gain exposure to live projects, internships, and industry interactions to develop hands-on experience in creative and AI-driven production environments.

Dr. Sujay Sen, Executive Vice President & Global Head of Interactive Services, LTM, said, “As creativity and technology converge, building industry-ready talent is no longer optional, it’s essential. This collaboration with IICT helps us shape a future workforce that can create, scale, and innovate for the global creative economy.”

Dr. Vishwas Deoskar, Chief Executive Officer, Indian Institute of Creative Technologies (IICT), added, “Partnering with LTM allows us to directly align learning with real-world creative and AI-driven production needs. Together, we are preparing talent that is job-ready, future-focused, and globally relevant.”

Through this partnership, LTM and IICT aim to create a sustainable talent pipeline by aligning academic training with industry expectations and emerging technologies. The initiative is expected to support India’s expanding role in global content creation, media innovation, and digital experience design.
