Insurance Samadhan Nationwide Road Trip Kicking Off In Uttar Pradesh To Empower Policyholders

New Delhi, Jun 11, 2025: In observance of National Insurance Awareness Day, insurance grievance redressal platform Insurance Samadhan has launched InSa-The Partnership Growth Yatra, a nationwide road trip and outreach campaign. 

Insurance Samadhan has announced InSa-The Partnership Growth Yatra, a nationwide outreach campaign aimed at building trust, raising awareness, and empowering policyholders across India. The multi-city campaign begins this June in Uttar Pradesh, around National Insurance Awareness Day, which is observed annually on June 28. InSa-The Partnership Growth Yatra will visit Meerut (June 15), Moradabad (June 16), Aligarh (June 17), Mathura (June 18), Agra (June 19), Kanpur (June 20), Lucknow (June 21), Prayagraj (June 22), and Varanasi (June 23). Each city stop will include both on-ground and digital activities, such as partner visits, interactive knowledge-sharing sessions, and live demonstrations of the Polifyx app, a digital tool developed by Insurance Samadhan to simplify grievance resolution. The company will also showcase its Know Your Policy (KYP) tool, which enables a clear understanding of policy terms, preventing unpleasant surprises during claim settlement.

This road trip aims to raise public awareness about policyholder rights, help people understand their insurance policies, and prevent mis-selling while ensuring policies are claim-ready. The campaign also intends to empower policyholders with practical knowledge and real-life case studies, and promote partnerships with advisors, hospitals, and corporations. 

At each stop, Insurance Samadhan’s CEO will share practical examples of how simple steps can help policyholders avoid claim rejections and ensure a smoother, fairer claims process. The initiative aims to empower policyholders by increasing awareness and access and strengthening trust in the insurance ecosystem through collaboration. It is backed by Insurance Samadhan’s recent analysis of 9,928 grievances, which found that most complaints come from millennials aged 25 to 38. They make up 46% of all cases, and their biggest concern is claim rejection. To help overcome claim rejections and delays, the company will discuss the USP of the KYP tool, which has resolved over 20,000 genuine insurance grievances and engaged with more than 2.5 lakh policyholders. Through this tool, Insurance Samadhan aims to ensure no one ever has to face a claim denial due to a lack of information or clarity.

Since its inception, Insurance Samadhan has resolved over 18,000 insurance complaints and reduced grievance resolution times by 55% through its Polifyx app. Through InSa-The Partnership Growth Yatra, Insurance Samadhan now aims to empower policyholders, raise awareness, and strengthen a more trustworthy insurance ecosystem in collaboration with partners nationwide.
