New Delhi, January 12, 2024: 'Sarvo Udhyam' in collaboration with Udhyam Learning Foundation marked National Youth Day by introducing its National Alumni Community at The Grand Orion in New Delhi. The event acknowledged the achievements of 100 young entrepreneurs who completed Udhyam's Youth Business Projects, collectively generating over INR 4 crores in business within just over two years.
The newly launched Alumni Community aims to serve as a crucial platform for fostering and advancing the ventures of these young entrepreneurs. 'Sarvo-Udhyam' envisions creating a robust network for student entrepreneurs, providing structured opportunities for peer collaboration, knowledge exchange, mentorship, and growth.
Recognizing the immense potential of the Indian youth, constituting over 600 million individuals aged below 25, the event showcased graduates of the Udhyam Youth Business Projects Initiative. Accomplished startup founders like Mr. Brijesh Aggarwal, Co-Founder and Director, IndiaMART, and Sairee Chahal, founder of Sheros, shared insights and discussed challenges faced by the young entrepreneurs in a panel discussion.

During the event, prominent founders pledged immediate support to these emerging businesses. Initiatives included a free subscription to India Mart, accounting software, and legal and compliance sessions by Mr. Brijesh Aggarwal. Additionally, Rajeev Talreja committed to providing a three-day business course free of charge to the young cohort. These entrepreneurs have successfully established businesses across various sectors, including art, clothing, food, electronics, marketing, cosmetics, education, and software services, collectively generating more than INR 4 crores in revenue and creating job opportunities for many others.
