Sampark Foundation Is Now ‘Great Place To Work’ Certified

Noida, April 12, 2024: Non-profit organisation Sampark Foundation has been certified as a ‘Great Place To Work’ in India, a recognition valid from April 2024 to May 2025.

This esteemed certification marks a significant milestone in the Foundation’s journey towards fostering an exceptional workplace culture.

Great Place To Work, recognized globally as the authority on workplace culture, has been at the forefront of this field since 1992. Their comprehensive approach to evaluating workplace environments is based on an in-depth understanding of the critical role of trust in organizational success. Through their extensive surveys, covering over 100 million employees worldwide, they have developed a nuanced perspective on what constitutes a truly great workplace.

Sampark Foundation is a non-profit organization, founded in 2005 by Vineet Nayar, former CEO of HCL Technologies, and his wife Anupama Nayar. It aims to transform primary education in India by making it more engaging and effective for students.

The foundation focuses on innovative teaching methods, using technology and activity-based learning approaches. It’s well-known for its cost-effective and scalable model, impacting millions of children across several Indian states. Key initiatives include Sampark TV, which introduces audio-visual aids and games in classrooms, and teacher training programs to enhance the quality of education. The foundation emphasizes measurable outcomes in student learning.
