The three-year MoU between OPPO India and TSSC signifies a transformative partnership aimed at nurturing a fresh talent pool for OPPO's workforce while simultaneously enhancing the skills of its existing employees through TSSC's comprehensive reskilling and upskilling programs. This collaboration holds dual objectives - infusing OPPO India's workforce with dynamic talent and elevating the expertise of its current staff through TSSC's tailored skill development initiatives.

Arvind Bali, CEO, of TSSC, said, “We are thrilled to announce our partnership with OPPO India to enhance the telecom sector's workforce capabilities. TSSC will upskill workers under the Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) Programme under the Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana (PMKVY). Having previously made strides in Andhra Pradesh and Jharkhand, the programme has already trained 5,000 women to date. The third phase takes a step forward by targeting the training of an additional 2,500 women in Uttar Pradesh. This initiative, endorsed by the Ministry of Electronics & IT, aims to empower a total of 10,000 women across the nation in cybersecurity and cyber wellness, ultimately certifying them as Cyber Security Ambassadors.

Mr Rishikesh Patankar, CEO, CSC Academy, highlighted the importance of this programme, "The Cyber Sangini programme empowers women to be at the forefront of cybersecurity awareness and support in their communities.
