New Delhi, August 25, 2025: Union Minister of Labour & Employment and Youth Affairs & Sports, Shri Mansukh Mandaviya, launched i2B (Idea to Bharat), an initiative by CCS Bharat, the think tank of the Nambiar Group, aimed at turning youth ideas into actionable solutions for nation-building.

The programme seeks to move young minds from awareness to action by transforming ideas into research-driven, execution-ready projects. Its first step involves a tie-up with the Mann Ki Baat Quiz Competition, providing students a structured mentorship and innovation pathway.

Speaking at the launch, Shri Mansukh Mandaviya said, “Idea to Bharat is a unique concept as it provides a pathway to turn ideas into a research-driven solution that will directly contribute to national welfare and upliftment. Youth is a future of the nation and they will build a Viksit Bharat with their ideation under the vision of Hon'ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi. The Government of India has introduced lots of initiatives to support and promote youth empowerment and provide support to their ideas for national upliftment. Hence, i2Bharat will further strengthen every youth of India to take a step towards transforming their ideas into reality.”

Former Minister of State for External Affairs, Shri V. Muraleedharan, added, “i2Bharat is a transformative step towards empowering ideas beyond mere recognition, providing continuity, and executional support to young innovators. The initiative creates a bridge between young aspirations and national priorities, ensuring next generation remains globally competitive yet deeply rooted in the vision of Bharat. In empowering students to take their ideas through every stage of development, it nurtures responsible leaders who can solve real societal challenges. i2B is not just about innovation; it is about building a stronger, self-reliant India together.”

Ayush Nambiar, Managing Director of Nambiar Group, said, “Youth are not just dreamers, they are doers. i2B will guide them through the full journey of idea → research → execution, with the mentorship and support systems they need. Our mission is clear: to seed a generation of visionaries who will not wait for 2047, but start building Viksit Bharat today.”

The programme, developed under CCS Bharat, will enable students to identify societal, governance, and industry gaps, shape ideas under expert mentorship, and access incubation, compliance, and go-to-market support. Unlike competitions that end with certificates, i2B ensures continuity, recognition, and potential pilot implementation of projects.

The launch, dedicated to students of the Mann Ki Baat Quiz Competition from Thiruvananthapuram, highlights the initiative’s focus on aligning youthful innovation with national priorities such as sustainability, healthcare, digital economy, education, and rural development.
