M3M Foundation Holds Convocation Ceremony for Skill Development Programme in Haryana

Panipat, 29 May 2026: M3M Foundation organised a convocation ceremony under its flagship Kaushal Sambal Programme at the iMpower Academy for Skills in Samalkha, Panipat, celebrating the achievements of youth who have completed vocational training, entrepreneurship, and livelihood development programmes.

The event brought together more than 1,000 participants, including students, alumni, employers, community members, Panchayat representatives, government officials, and industry stakeholders. The ceremony was attended by Sh. Mahipal Dhandha Ji, Hon’ble Education Minister, Haryana; Sh. Pawan Jindal Ji, Sarsanghchalak, North Region, RSS; Shri Vijay Ji, Pracharak, RSS; and Dr. Payal Kanodia, Chairperson & Trustee, M3M Foundation, along with local elected representatives and community leaders.

Representatives from 36 Panchayats across Samalkha participated in the programme, highlighting community engagement in youth development and skill-building initiatives.

The convocation showcased stories of trainees and alumni who have pursued employment and entrepreneurial opportunities after completing training through the Kaushal Sambal Programme. Activities included cultural performances, alumni interactions, certificate distribution, employer engagement sessions, and the launch of the “Vyapower Song,” which focuses on entrepreneurship among rural youth.

A key highlight of the event was the display of over 30 enterprise stalls established by alumni under M3M Foundation’s Vyapower Programme. The stalls featured products and services ranging from handicrafts and jute products to beauty services, mehndi art, and food items, reflecting the entrepreneurial ventures created by programme participants.

More than 20 employers and industry representatives also attended the event and interacted with trainees and alumni regarding potential recruitment and placement opportunities.

According to M3M Foundation, its Kaushal Sambal Programme is currently operational across seven states, more than 12 districts, and 353 villages through 19 iMpower Academies and nine implementation partners. The programme has trained over 12,000 youth across 18 trades and has reported a placement rate of 76%, while also supporting entrepreneurship initiatives through 14 enterprise development programmes.

Speaking at the event, Sh. Mahipal Dhandha Ji, Hon’ble Education Minister, Haryana, appreciated the role of M3M Foundation in supporting skill-based education and livelihood opportunities for youth. He noted that such programmes contribute to connecting young people with employment and sustainable economic opportunities.

Addressing the gathering, Dr. Payal Kanodia, Chairperson & Trustee, M3M Foundation, said, “Skill development is not merely about providing employment opportunities; it is about building confidence, dignity, and the ability to create a better future. At M3M Foundation, we strongly believe that when youth are empowered with the right skills and opportunities, they become catalysts of transformation not only for themselves but for their families and entire communities.”

The event concluded with a focus on promoting skill development, entrepreneurship, and livelihood creation as pathways for community development and youth empowerment.
