New Delhi, Mar 12, 2025: Saint Gobain Gyproc, an innovative drywall solutions provider, has launched "Beyond Dimensions", a design challenge aimed at fostering sustainability in interior spaces. As the demand for efficient and environmentally conscious construction grows, this initiative empowers young architects and designers to explore adaptive reuse and rethink conventional interior design using advanced drywall technology. Running from mid-January to February 2025, the competition encourages participants to integrate speed, efficiency, and sustainability into their creative solutions.
The competition unfolds in two stages. In the first, a distinguished jury will evaluate submissions and shortlist the Top 8 finalists based on their innovation, functionality, and sustainable approach. These finalists will advance to the National Finale in Mumbai in April 2025, where they will present their designs before an esteemed panel. The winners will be announced and felicitated at the event, marking a significant milestone in their professional journey.
To promote awareness and knowledge sharing, Gyproc India has conducted a nationwide outreach among students across key cities, including Bengaluru, Mumbai, Pune, Delhi, Calicut, Coimbatore, and Kolkata. These sessions engaged students and industry professionals, offering insights into the advantages of drywall technology and its role in shaping modern, sustainable interiors. By directly interacting with participants, Gyproc India is fostering a deeper understanding of innovative building solutions and their long-term benefits.

As part of this initiative, the Top 3 winners will embark on an exclusive international study tour to, gaining exposure to global advancements in sustainable construction and architectural innovation. Additionally, the Top 8 finalists will receive access to the IGBC Certification Course on Green Built Environment, equipping them with essential expertise in sustainable design. All participants will be awarded certificates of participation, reinforcing their dedication to eco-friendly practices. Strengthening industry-academia collaboration, the top three colleges with the highest submissions will also receive special incentives from Gyproc India.
