Bengaluru, February 21, 2024: GALE has partnered with Surabhi Foundation Trust to support the Surabhi Chinnara Sambrama event, dedicated to uplifting rural Bengaluru's children. As part of its CSR initiative, GALE sponsored the event, benefiting over 800 children from 35 government schools in the region. Additionally, GALE is contributing to the construction of the Surabhiprouda Boys Home at Beleke and engaged nearly 40 volunteers in the event to motivate the children.

The Surabhi Chinnara Sambrama event celebrated the talents of local school children through various indoor and outdoor activities, fostering holistic development and equal participation.

A.S. Patil, Director, Surabhi Foundation Trust, expressed gratitude, stating, “By supporting the event, GALE is making a significant impact in the minds of young children. This year, GALE is sponsoring the construction of the Surabhiprouda Boys Home at Beleke, providing a foundation for quality education, and fostering a nurturing environment for these children. We are truly grateful for GALE's support, and their dedication to making a positive impact on the lives of these children is commendable.”

Sanjay Krishnamurthy, President, GALE India, shared, “At GALE India, we are dedicated to fostering education for underprivileged children. Our contribution is a continued commitment towards social responsibility and making a positive impact on the lives of the local community and the future workforce of the country. Surabhi Chinnara Sambrama has been a splendid event, and we hope to support it in a bigger and better way next time.”

GALE and its volunteers have been actively supporting Swabhimaan, a registered charitable trust in Ejipura, Bengaluru, for the last four years. Their initiatives include building the primary school, painting the school, donating books, conducting Christmas celebrations, and funding the salaries of staff and teachers.

For 2024, GALE is working with Surabhi Foundation Trust, which aims at making quality education accessible to rural children in and around Bengaluru. The foundation collaborates with local bodies to set up schools, hostels, and other facilities for children's education.
