EXL collaborates with EduBridge and Edukayson.ph to extend CSR program in Philippines

Mumbai, August 24, 2023. EduBridge, India's prominent Workforce Development platform, has unveiled the "Skills to Win Program" in the Philippines as part of its community engagement initiative in collaboration with EXL, alongside Edukasyon.ph. Expanding its partnership with EXL, EduBridge aims to provide comprehensive, employment-linked training to over 3000 candidates in Data Analytics and Finance & Accounting fields in India and the AWS Cloud Practitioner program in the Philippines.

This program will offer 150 selected candidates from underserved backgrounds extensive training spanning over 300 hours, with a focus on AWS Cloud Practitioner job roles. The training covers domain-specific knowledge, essential soft skills, and employability modules. This holistic approach will not only prepare Filipino youth for specific domains but also equip them with soft skills crucial for sustainable careers and growth within their current or future companies. Upon successful completion, 50% of participants will be offered placement opportunities in entry-level Cloud-based roles, including Cloud Engineers and Infrastructure positions.Engadin Corporation, operating as Edukasyon.ph, will facilitate the Program's expansion in the Philippines. EduBridge and Edukasyon.ph will collaborate to effectively implement EXL's program, ensuring seamless execution and a significant impact.
