New Delhi, February 24, 2026: American Express in India is supporting Magic Bus India Foundation in a three-year partnership aimed at strengthening employability and digital skills among nearly 3,000 youth across Bengaluru and Delhi NCR.
Launched in Fiscal Year 2024–25, the initiative focuses on equipping young people with industry-relevant technical training and essential life skills to improve access to employment opportunities in a digital economy.
In its first year, the programme has reported encouraging outcomes, including strong completion rates, job placements and employment retention among participants.

Through our partnership with Magic Bus India Foundation, we’re helping young people gain the skills and confidence to succeed in today’s rapidly evolving job market,” said Sanjay Khanna, CEO and Country Manager, American Express India.
The curriculum includes training in Cloud Computing, Artificial Intelligence, Cybersecurity and IT Fundamentals, along with transferable life skills focused on personal, professional and future readiness. Participants also develop competencies in communication, adaptability, problem-solving, collaboration, decision-making, and digital and financial literacy.
The programme provides mentorship, sector-specific orientation, interview preparation and placement support in entry-level customer-centric roles within service sectors. Post-placement support is also offered to encourage retention and career progression.
