Chennai, October 09, 2023. Thryve Digital Health, a prominent provider of healthcare technology and operations services, has set a new world record by vaccinating a large number of community dogs in a single day. This achievement took place in partnership with the Chennai-based NGO, Heaven for Animals, during the Canvax 2023 event held on 8th October 2023 at Crescent Ground, Shenoy Nagar, Chennai.
Thryve Digital Health's initiative aimed to support the welfare of community animals. Over 1000 community dogs received essential vaccinations, including anti-rabies, DHPPI (7-in-1), and deworming. The World Records Union, the official registrar for world records, has officially recognized this unique accomplishment.Thryve's CSR arm, known as 'Thryve For Good,' focuses on various community interventions, including the installation of water bowls across Chennai. This effort aligns with their mission to create a healthier and safer environment.Community dogs, often referred to as stray dogs, play a significant role in Indian cities. However, their welfare often receives inadequate attention. Thryve Digital Health, in collaboration with Heaven for Animals, aims to address this issue and contribute to a healthier and safer world.
