New Delhi, November 6, 2024: India Market Entry (IME) has announced the launch of Earth Cubs in India, a program aimed at expanding sustainability education to reach 50 million children across the country. The initiative, led by Grace Paljor, Principal of Leeds International Academy in Srinagar, intends to engage 200,000 schools in delivering educational content on climate change, gender equality, biodiversity conservation, and other sustainability topics.

Earth Cubs, currently operating in over 8,000 schools across 130 countries, aims to make a substantial impact in India by providing a curriculum aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). IME will help connect Earth Cubs with schools and educational partners nationwide to broaden access to these resources.

Dhiraj Trakru, Founder of IME, described the partnership as an opportunity to expand access to sustainability education and foster environmental responsibility among students. "By working with educators like Grace Paljor, we hope to inspire schools across India to prepare students as future stewards of our planet," he said.

Earth Cubs emphasized their goal to make sustainability education widely accessible and effective, while Grace Paljor encouraged educators to participate in this initiative, highlighting her own experiences in engaging students with nature-focused activities.

IME and Earth Cubs are also inviting corporate partners to support the initiative through Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs, aiming to expand sustainability education across India’s schools.
