Pune, February 07, 2024: As IT leader Cybage enters its 30th year, their philanthropic arm, Cybage Foundation, has set a goal to award scholarships worth Rs 35 crores to underprivileged students over the next five years. The foundation has already awarded Rs 17 crores in scholarships in the previous 5 years. For the academic year 2024-2025, the trust has announced scholarships to 500+ students. They are also looking at an expanded alumni network which will strengthen support for both past and present beneficiaries.

Founded in 2009, Cybage Foundation has emerged as a beacon of hope for thousands of students helping them break the cycle of poverty and fulfil their aspirations through financial aid, soft skills training programs, mentorship, and holistic support. The foundation ensures a fair selection process for its scholarships through rigorous interviews and home visits. To date, it has transformed the lives of over 5,000 beneficiaries, achieving an unparalleled graduation rate of 100%.

Since the initiation of placement-focused sessions in 2011, over 80% of eligible beneficiaries have secured positions in leading global organizations, with an average starting package of INR 6.6 lakh per annum. These numbers highlight the trust's unwavering commitment to nurturing skilled and confident professionals who are shaping a brighter future.
