Jaipur, May 20, 2025: Specta, an Indian luxury brand specialising in engineered quartz surfaces, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with CRY to support the artistic development of children, and launched “Colouring Dreams of India’s Children” campaign.

As part of this campaign, Rs 500 on each sale of a slab from their recently launched Pastel Poise collection will proceed to children at the CRY intervention areas. The announcement comes from Specta — producer of India’s first pastel quartz collection.

Speaking on the partnership, Ankit Jain, Founder of Specta Quartz Surfaces, said, “At Specta, we have always believed that colour has the power to transform — not just spaces, but lives. We are delighted to partner with a like-minded organisation like CRY and further our vision of aiding in holistic child development through the arts. This collaborative platform will provide children with the freedom to explore their imagination, strengthen their ability to communicate, learn new concepts, develop cognitive functions, and improve their self-esteem.”

This long-term partnership aims to impact the lives of over 30 thousand children in CRY’s project areas. Rooted in the belief that every child deserves the freedom to dream and express themselves, the campaign seeks to ignite creativity and nurture artistic skills among underserved children. Specta will collaborate with CRY to undertake a series of thoughtfully designed initiatives and artistic projects across the country, where children can explore their imagination, build confidence, and shape their own colourful futures.

Welcoming the partnership, Puja Marwaha, CEO, CRY, said, “We at CRY believe that every child deserves an opportunity to live, learn, grow and play and should be empowered to express themselves freely in whatever forms they want. Given that, ‘Colouring Dreams of India’s Children’ is not just another campaign; for us it’s a celebration of childhood, creativity and possibility. Together with Specta, we hope to nurture not only artistic talent, but also confidence, joy, and a sense of belonging in children.”

Through this collaboration, Specta and CRY aim to turn colour into a catalyst for change and use art as a tool to empower, uplift and inspire children. As the “Colouring Dreams of India’s Children” campaign unfolds, the organisations will jointly work towards empowering underserved children throughout the nation.
