Hyderabad, October 16, 2025: In a joint Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative, Sanofi, Capgemini, and EduBridge have launched the Digital Academy, a flagship skilling program aimed at bridging India’s digital divide and enabling inclusive access to technology-driven education. The initiative is designed to equip underserved youth and women with the digital skills necessary to thrive in the evolving job market.
The Digital Academy focuses on providing industry-relevant, future-ready training across high-growth sectors such as IT/ITeS, BFSI, and FinTech. By combining technology, mentorship, and employability support, the program seeks to create pathways for sustainable employment and foster digital inclusion at scale.
The program adopts a dual-track approach: an employment-linked model targeting 3,900 beneficiaries, offering over 200 hours of technical training, and an upskilling model designed for more than 3,000 youth, providing workshops and awareness sessions exceeding 10 hours each. The academy’s 4,000 sq. ft. facility features modern classrooms, computer labs, counselling zones, and collaborative spaces. Participants will also have access to a tech-enabled portal for learning progress tracking, resume-building, and job opportunities, along with mentorship from industry leaders at Sanofi and Capgemini.
Upon completion, participants will receive certification from the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) and will be supported through three months of post-placement assistance. The program aims to ensure at least 70% job placement among trainees, with the goal of increasing their household income by 50–100%.
