New Delhi, September 25, 2025: Rockwell Automation, Inc., in collaboration with ICT Academy, has launched the Youth Empowerment Program to enhance employability among young talent in India through specialized skill development.
The initiative will train 550 students from arts and science streams across 11 institutions in Delhi NCR, Karnataka, and Tamil Nadu. The program will focus on emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Data Analytics, and Robotic Process Automation, equipping students with industry-relevant expertise.
Dilip Sawhney, Managing Director, Rockwell Automation India, said, “The Youth Empowerment Program reinforces our commitment to inclusive education and sustainable community development. By equipping students with future-ready skills, we’re shaping a stronger, more resilient workforce for India.”
The training is being delivered through ICT Academy’s Center of Excellence, providing students with hands-on learning and certifications in high-demand domains.

Participating institutions include colleges in Chennai, Bengaluru, Ghaziabad, Delhi, and Sonipat. The collaboration reflects Rockwell Automation’s broader commitment to nurturing skilled talent and supporting socio-economic development in the communities it serves.
