New Delhi, January 22, 2026: Nexura Events, in collaboration with Pilllars Of SStrengtth Foundation, has announced the launch of Udaan: Nayi Peedhi, Naya Kal, a pan-India initiative aimed at supporting children with talent and potential who have limited access to structured opportunities.
The programme has been introduced as a long-term child development and social advancement initiative under the Children Talent and Social Advancement (CTSA) framework. While Pilllars Of SStrengtth Foundation anchors the social and developmental aspects of the initiative, Nexura Events will oversee programme execution and experiential design. The focus of Udaan is on building confidence, communication skills, discipline and self-expression through guided learning and ethical exposure, rather than competition-driven formats.
The initiative provides children with an open platform to explore and present any talent or interest they possess or wish to develop. Rather than categorising participants into fixed disciplines, Udaan allows children to express individuality and creativity, with structured mentoring designed to support personal growth and emotional well-being.
The programme follows a phased progression model that prioritises learning journeys and confidence-building over rankings or elimination. Engagement is designed to be age-appropriate, with emphasis on self-belief, responsibility and holistic development at each stage.
Commenting on the launch, Mohit Gandhi, Director and Founder, Nexura Events, Hesper Creations and Pilllars Of SStrengtth Foundation, said, “Every child carries a spark, but not every child gets the chance to see it shine. Udaan was born from the belief that confidence, exposure, and guidance can change the direction of a young life. This initiative is our effort to stand beside children as they discover their abilities, express themselves, and grow into individuals who believe in their own potential.”
Nisha Chauhan, Director and Founder, Nexura Events and Vice President, Pilllars Of SStrengtth Foundation, added, “Udaan is deeply personal for us. It is about creating a space where children feel seen, heard, and encouraged not judged or pressured. We want families to feel secure knowing that their children are being nurtured with care, values, and responsibility. When a child gains confidence, it doesn’t just change that moment it changes the future.”
Participation in Udaan: Nayi Peedhi, Naya Kal is free of cost, with no registration, participation or grooming fees involved at any stage. The initiative has been structured to ensure that financial constraints do not limit access, allowing children across the country to participate based on interest and willingness to learn.
