New Delhi, December 30, 2025: Namyaa, an Indian feminine hygiene and personal care brand, has partnered with Vyomini Social Foundation to conduct a menstrual health and hygiene awareness workshop for women from rural and underprivileged communities in Delhi, as part of efforts to promote menstrual dignity and women’s wellness.

The workshop was attended by over 100 women and focused on menstrual health education, hygiene management, myth-busting, and safe menstrual practices. The session aimed to encourage informed discussions around menstruation and support healthier hygiene behaviours among participants.

As part of the initiative, Namyaa distributed hygiene kits to all attendees. The kits included reusable menstrual cups, intimate wash, hair removal cream, underarm roll-on, and hair removal spray, with the objective of improving access to menstrual and intimate care products.

Prachi Kaushik, Founder & Director, Vyomini Social Foundation, said, “Menstrual health awareness is fundamental to women’s dignity and overall well-being. Through this collaboration, our objective was to create a safe and informed environment where women feel confident to understand their bodies and adopt hygienic practices. At Vyomini, we are committed to breaking taboos and ensuring that every woman has access to the right information and products to manage her menstrual health comfortably. We strongly believe in the power of collaboration to reach more women, and we have undertaken similar partnerships in the past — this initiative is another meaningful step in that direction.”

Karan Gupta, Director of Namyaa, stated, “Menstrual and intimate hygiene should be treated as a regular part of women’s health rather than a subject surrounded by hesitation or limited awareness.”

He further added, “For countless women in underserved communities, access to accurate information on menstrual and intimate hygiene has remained out of reach. Through this initiative, we seek to bridge that gap by taking essential knowledge directly to women for whom awareness and support have long been absent, while creating safe, respectful spaces for open dialogue at the grassroots level.”

Namyaa focuses on advancing women’s health through awareness and education initiatives and offers a range of plant-based feminine hygiene and personal care products. Vyomini Social Foundation works at the grassroots level to promote menstrual health awareness, women’s entrepreneurship, and behavioural change through education and community engagement.

The workshop reflects the shared objective of both organisations to normalise conversations around menstruation and strengthen access to information and resources related to menstrual health.
