New Delhi, 30 December 2025: Career Launcher Educate Limited has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with SSB Sandiksha, the welfare and empowerment association of the Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB) under the Ministry of Home Affairs, to expand access to education and career development opportunities for SSB personnel and their families.
Under the agreement, SSB families will be eligible for a 25 per cent fee concession on Career Launcher’s long-term and short-term academic programmes. In addition, wards and families of SSB Bravehearts who have lost their lives in the line of duty will receive a 100 per cent fee waiver. The initiative is aimed at easing financial barriers and ensuring continuity in education, particularly for students and women from SSB families.
The partnership brings together SSB Sandiksha’s community-level welfare initiatives and Career Launcher’s expertise in competitive exam preparation, academic mentoring, structured pedagogy, and career guidance. The collaboration seeks to create structured academic, career-oriented, and skill-building pathways for SSB families across India.
Ms. Sujatha Kshirsagar, President & CEO, Career Launcher, said, “Education plays a decisive role in shaping not just careers but life outcomes, especially for families that serve the nation under demanding conditions. Through this partnership, we are focusing on structured academic mentoring, exam preparedness, and informed career decision-making so that learners are supported at every critical stage, from foundational learning to career transitions. Our goal is to translate potential into preparedness through consistent, guided learning.”
Ms. Kavita Singhal, President, SSB Sandiksha, said, “SSB families often navigate frequent transfers, challenging environments, and limited access to consistent educational support. This association strengthens our ability to provide continuity, direction, and skill-oriented opportunities for students and women within our community. By combining welfare outreach with professional academic guidance, we can better support families as they plan for education, livelihoods, and long-term stability.”
As part of the MoU, the collaboration will focus on academic support programmes, guided learning modules, career readiness initiatives, student development pathways, skill-building programmes for women, and holistic wellbeing support aligned with the needs of SSB families.
The partnership reflects a shared commitment by Career Launcher and SSB Sandiksha to strengthen the support ecosystem for India’s security forces through education, empowerment, and community development, with the aim of creating sustained impact beyond the classroom.
