Gurugram, July 03, 2025: AdGlobal360 (AGL), a leading MarTech company and part of Hakuhodo International, has announced the opening of applications for Batch 3 of its flagship CSR skilling initiative, DIGI Vriddhi – Digital Inclusive Growth for India. The program is designed to equip youth from economically weaker sections (EWS) with industry-relevant digital marketing skills and provide employment opportunities in India’s growing digital economy.

Launched in November 2023, the nine-month program offers training in areas such as data analytics, SEO, social media, UI/UX, content marketing, and more. It combines six months of classroom-based instruction with a three-month full-time internship at AGL. Participants also receive laptops, uniforms, and travel stipends.

The initiative recently marked a milestone with the graduation of Batch 2, during which 20 of the 24 students enrolled were successfully placed in digital roles at AGL. With over 30 students now employed across both batches, the program currently boasts a placement rate exceeding 87%.

“When we started DIGI Vriddhi with mentors from within the organization, our vision was to unlock potential that lives quietly in the margins—among children of guards, car cleaners, beauticians, presswalas, and roadside vendors. Today, that vision feels alive with contributions from over 40 AGL experts acting as Mentors and Internship Coaches. We've seen bright, determined young people—some of whom had never used a laptop before—now confidently running marketing campaigns, analyzing data, and contributing to real-world business outcomes. With an 87% placement rate, we’re not just changing careers—we’re changing the conversation in their homes, their communities. For many families, this is the first time someone has stepped into a white-collar profession. And that shift—from day to day survival to aspiration—is where the real impact lies,” said Sayantani Dutta, Senior Vice President and Human Capital Head, AGL.

Participants are selected through a rigorous outreach and screening process and are primarily graduates or undergraduates from surrounding EWS communities.

“DigiVriddhi is about inclusive Growth & Giving Back to Society,” said Rakesh Yadav, Founder & CEO of AdGlobal360. “This initiative was designed to bridge the gap between potential and opportunity in India’s rapidly growing digital economy. The success of DIGI Vriddhi alumni demonstrates that talent is everywhere, it just needs the right platform to thrive. Giving back to society is a cornerstone of who we are, and through DIGI Vriddhi, we aim to create opportunities, inspire transformation, and turn dreams into reality for those who need it most.”

Success stories from the program include Amit, a Batch 1 graduate now working as an Account Management Executive at AGL, who shared, “Before DIGI Vriddhi, I didn’t even know what digital marketing was. Today, I’m not only earning for my family but also being recognised for my work. This program didn’t just teach me skills—it gave me confidence, identity, and hope.”

Another graduate, Poonam, who now works as a Performance Marketing Executive, said, “Coming from a humble background, the pressure was immense, but Gopi Sir’s guidance led me to the Digi Vriddhi program. This opportunity became a turning point, equipping me with skills and opening doors to a fulfilling career.”

AGL is now exploring partnerships with non-profits, government-backed training bodies, and youth organizations to expand the reach of DIGI Vriddhi across more cities. The company is also inviting businesses and brands to support the initiative by creating more employment opportunities for trained candidates.
