Special features of the organization

Uttar Pradesh Development Systems Corporation Ltd. Was set up on March 15, 1977, under section 21 of the Companies Act 1956. The Corporation is a fully owned Government Company under the aegis of Department of Information Technology and Electronics, Government of Uttar Pradesh. The authorized capital is Rs. 200 lacs and the paid up capital of the Corporation is Rs. 100 lacs. , This corporation is a multidisciplinary IT and consultancy organisation providing systems back-up to Government departments, Public Sector enterprises, International organisations and other nongovernmental agencies in diagnosing and estimating the magnitude of problems, identifying technological and other alternatives and suggesting methods of improvement. Ever since its inception, it has made IT and consultancy services available in various fields to the government and to International organisations like the International Labour Organisation, UNICEF. The World Bank, Royal Government of Netherlands, Japan International Co-operation Agency, EC and ODA etc. The Corporation is staffed with highly qualified personnel in various fields.
