Special features of the organization

UVK has organised and conducted 147 Skill Development Training Programmes and imparted training to 4,041women on Jute Diversified Products in Assam. We have also organised and conducted Industrial Awareness Campaign and Buyer-Seller Meet on jute. We have our own Jute Raw Material Bank (JRMB) at Guwahati. We supply jute based raw materials to jute artisans at mill-gate-price. We have Sales outlet of jute products at Guwahati and Training cum Production Centre at Dhubri
