The Trust has been set up philantrophic people and educationist for the purpose of setting up a library cum museum to promote , preserve and disseminate Tibetan and related culture and to acquire, preserve and conserve Books and Manuscripts , statues , artifacts , etc . so that the people of the region and the whole of India and the world can have a place to come and read and study the rarest of the rare books and see the various items in the museum and do research and study on the same.
