Thalassaemia Welfare Society

Last 25 years we are working for Thalassemia awareness. We organized seminars in more than 1000 education sector like Schools, Colleges, Adult education centre etc. We organized more than 1000 Blood donation camps, all collected Blood we give to Bhoruka Blood Bank, which is use for Thalassemia patients. Till we are doing this job. Here in Burdwan Town near Agree culture farm we built a 8000 sq.ft. Hospital name Thalassemia Hospital. The founder Kanai Bairgya attended International Conference for Thalassemia Awareness in Thailand, year 1999 and USA year 2000. In this long period we faced too much obstruction, but we overcome all and still working. Its not an easy work but till we continue. We give lots of people to the source of income from here. 30-40 men and women direct or indirect working for us.
