SUR is also giving scholarships to young talents and also giving lessons through its learned mentors free of cost to needy children. SUR has taken resolution to collaborate with other active organisations to support other art forms including folk and also to hold intercity concerts to bring good youngsters into limelight. SUR has held workshops with eminent artistes to give varied knowledge to keen students. GIRIJA DEVI SUR Festival is now internationally known.
