Special features of the organization

1. Capability Development of SC youth through training in computer science. , 2. Technology support to 65 tribal women of 12 villages on Mushroom cultivation , 3. Skill development training to women on tailoring and garment design. , 4. Solid waste management through Compost manure , 5. Established Horticultural technology parks on the lands of farmers belonging to Scheduled Caste. , 6. Conducted various training programs and awareness campaigns on Health & Sanitation, Ecosystem, Disaster Management, Trafficking, HIV/AIDS , 7. Chairperson is the Member in Juvenile Justice Board in the district , 8. Six books have been published. Other publication matters also developed by the organization on different issues. , 9. It has been felicitated with numerous awards at state level and at district level. , 10. The agency is involved in WSHG project of NABARD in Chamoli district. , 11. Pamphlets have been widely distributed among community people on Water conservation, Pollution movement. , Traditional health system, Gender sensitization.
