Special features of the organization

SPARSH since its beginning has emphasized on peoples initiative we have formed 300 SHGs in 4 blocks in 3 district and provide them micro credit for their livelihood we have mobilized women for their demand we have able to get their rights. Our training programmes have been able to impart technical skill among the tribal women and rehabilitated 27 juveniles to main stream of the society. We have motivate and trained 30 leprosy cured disabled persons and mainstreamed in the society.Working Women Hostel is capacity of 50 inmates. , , We have proper base in village where we are working but it is small initiatives which need to be built-up for development of poor people considering health as a entry point for any developmental activity, we have now slowly moved to natural resource management in working women hostel around 300 inmates are benefited and more then 57 Juvenile are mainstreamed. Slum area especially minorities area been sensitized with environmental awareness programme.
