Experienced in Community Based Disaster Preparedness and Early Warning Advocacy and was a partner of UNICEF, OXFAM, CARITAS, and Disaster Management Department of Govt. of West Bengal. , Proficient in conducting Study, Research and Documentation that had been utilized by Irrigation & Water Ways Department Govt. of West Bengal, OXFAM, Action Aid, etc. , Placed a team of Trainers under Silliguri Mahakuma Parishad and DRDC Malda for 2 years for developing for strengthening SHGs and addressing Livelihood Promotion Programs. Presently, a team of trainers are capacitating the members of Thrift and Credit Groups under Siliguri Municipal Corporation sponsored by State Urban Development Authority. , Already promoted and is strengthening two SHG member owned and managed Federations for addressing Micro Finance, Livelihood Promotion and Community Based Disaster Management programs in the flood prone areas of Nabadwip and Kandi Blocks of Nadia and Murshidabad districts of West Bengal. , Promoted preventive and promotive healthcare and HIV AIDS Awareness through the sponsorship of UNICEF and NACO , Promoted a Business Counseling and Facilitating Center for the SHG members of Murshidabad district under the Rural Innovative Fund of NABARD. , Conducting SHG Bank Linkage Training Program, Training of Trainers on Micro Enterprise Development Program, Financial Literacy Promotion Training Program of NABARD. Also conducted ToT on PRA PLA for the Lead NGO Staff and officials of NABARD Kolkata Regional Office. , Provided Capacity Building support to the People Living with HIV AIDS and other members of High Risk Group on SHG Formation and Management sponsored by WBSAC&PS and World Vision, Kolkata. , Provided Capacity Building support to the Artisans on Group Dynamics and Sustainable Enterprise Development sponsored by Development Commissioner, Handicrafts, Ministry of Textile, Govt. of India. , Was an Institution Monitor of CAPART for two years. , As a partner of WBCSSP, has established partnership with 16 SHPIs in Murshidabad and is promoting awareness on Right to Information, Effective Implementation of NREGA, etc.
