Santi Tuberculosis Control Society

Santi TB is reputed NGO establisehd in the period of 1982. It is a pioneer institute in South 24 Pargnas(s) WestBengal in the field of Tuberculosis control and prevention programme. We have a received a plot from Govt. of WB measuring 1.73 acres through the late Rev Motehr Teresa MC. We organised training and orientation programme for the Village health Practioners, ICDS workers and community leaders as well as DOT providers. we are the members of Stop TB Partnership. We were the members District TB Control Society and State TB Control Society in West bengal. We have complete diagnostic infrastructure like pathology and Radiology. We provide free treatment facilities. We are recognised PHI in South 24 Parganas district. We are recognised DMC ( District Microscopic centre) We worked TB Control Programme under KMC ( Kolkata Municipal Corporation) with the kind support of CARE India. Our sputum conversion rate is remarkable and cure rate more or less 90%.
