CBOs are strengthened to mobilize government resource. Permanent habitable houses are constructed which serve as an asset to women. Quality health care is provided affordable costs. Access to revolving fund is created to women to take up feasible income generating schemes. Rainwater harvesting measures are taken up on a large scale to conserve rainwater and best water management practices are followed to optimise the use of groundwater. Improved varieties of livestock was developed.
