Natyanova Performing Arts Centre is an institution dedicated to performing, teaching and researching in the field of Art and Culture. Apart from being a leading repertory of Mohiniyattam and Bharatanatyam, Natyanova also extends itself to imparting knowledge of performance through lecture demonstrations and workshops to the under privileged sections of the society through government schools and teaching some students free of charge for inclusion into their repertory. , Looking at performance as a system of Yoga is also an important component in their training system. , They have performed both Nationally and internationally in many prestigious venues and festivals. , Some important performances include: , Inaugural production of Hiranyagarbha, collating Yoga and Dance. , Production of Usha based on Rg Vedic shlokas of Ratri and Usha. Ardhanarishwar based on the dualities of life based on the Sankhya philosophy of Shiva and Shakti. Productions on philosophy of life based on works of Tagore, Amar Mukti Aloye Aloye and Nagar Lakshmi for the 150 years of Tagore. , Their performances include Festivals like Uday Shankar festival of the West Bengal Govt. Nrityasanrachana festival organised by the Sangeet Natak Academy, Sangam festival Bhubaneshwar, Pravaha festival of IRCEN, EZCC festival, ICCR Horizon series, India Trade Fair festival and the most recent ABU International Dance festival of DD. , They also perform free for philanthropic causes like performance for the Welfare Society for the Blind. , They have worked extensively at Bankura District with Shamayita Math. , They have been on an ICCR tour to Eastern European Countries also. , They hope to slowly increase their work and include many dancers from the schools serving the under priviledged sections of the society.
