Kaliyaganj Ananya Theatre

The group has organized theatre workshops and theatre festival on regular basis from 1998 till date. May local groups and national teams have performed in these festivals. The group has participated in Bharat Rang Mahotsav thrice, i.e. in 2002 with the play MARIE FARRAR , in 2004 ANTARALER AALO and in 2016 with CHOR CHARANDAS. The group is also concerned about uplifting the various folk cultures in the region and providing a platform to them in our theatre festival. The group has also established a theatre school for children for the benefit of the students. The basic aim of the group is to uplift the cause of good theatre.
