In every year on our foundation day we awarded one artiste (acting/ direction/ light/ mime/ make-up/ music) for his life time achievement in theatre. We celebrate the birth anniversary of Brecht every year. We organize seminars, workshops on theatre. We organize programmers on theatrical songs. We also teach school students about theatre. Besides this, we organize audio drama workshop and program. We participate in the theatre festival organized by Natya Acdemy. We participate in one act drama competition (Bengali) all over west Bengal. , , We have got W.B Govt grant on theater in successive years. The dramas Panya Bithangsa and also Nona Rater Gaan , were adjudged best production by the critics.
