KUSHILAV started its journey in 1989. Till date Kushilav has staged seven drama productions. , Major achievements are , Drama AKRAMAN received the Best Production of the Year Award of Paschim Banga Natya Akademi in 1993. , , Drama AAJKER HA JA BA RA LA received the Best Music of the Year Award of Paschim Banga Natya Akademi in 1995. , , Satabdir Shesh received the Best Production of 2000 award of Dishari, an organization of the Journalists. , , Kushilav had the privilege to stage its production GANASATRU, based on Ibsen s An Enemy of the People, in an Ibsen Festival held at Oslo, Norway in 2006 and the production CHOKHER BALI, based on Tagore, at the Festival of National School of Drama in 2004.
