Special features of the organization

Most of the tribals santals around here those are educated and have some kind of jobs are those who have passed out of this institution The children are prepared at primary level and are sent to other boardings and schools After passing out of this boarding they do well in their studies elsewhere Through seminars, awareness programs encouragement to self help groups sociocultural and economical transformation has taken place. Youths are directed to companies for some work
