Since establishment the organisation is tirelessly working for advancement and well being of rural down trodden people of its target area particularily for proverty elevation. Primary and adult education, self employment generation, vocational training and many other is in the field of women and child welfare for upliftment of women and children. youth in rural weaker section particularly those belongs to SC / STs. , The organisation has formed sectional youth commities, women committee, village development committee and is exprience in literacy development through non-formal education, early childhood education in association with Govt. and non-govt organisation to reach its targeted grass root destination.
