Achievements of Devarshi Yogapith : , 1. Through yoga Devarshi Yogapith started yog persona was conducted in various school in Kolkata for the slow weak and marginalized students. Students were temperamental , tantrum, restless, stubborn-aggressive and self-destructive. Devarshi Yogapith worked on them through yoga to get better result and behavior out of them. , 2.Devarshi Yogapith conducted courses for school principals, teachers and college lecturers. , 3.Devarshi Yogapith had conducted yoga course in churches,mosque and various religious places for communal harmony. , 4.Devarshi Yogapith is working from last 35 years to cure various diseases, which are not curable in medical sciences like asthma, blood pressure, heart ailments, diabetes, arthritis,etc. , 5.Devarshi Yogapith is working on clinical research,training program treatment cum propagation centre,seminar,conference&workshop,published souvenir on yoga literature. , 6.Conducts free keep fit yoga classes at our headquarters Howrah. Special regular classes for asthma patients & in the evening pranayam and meditation classes for general public. , 7.We conduct health camp in different part of our country &also conducted one yoga camp in Armenia medical college, Armenia(on December 1992). , 8.We conduct seminars on nutrition and how the food the we eat affects our mind and body. , 9.We are working on sankhya philosophy,tatava theory which we know as naturopathy. , 10.We conduct separate camps for old aged men and women separately. , 11.We went to many other yoga organizations for joint work.(like Akhil Bhartiya Prakritik Chikitsha Parisad, Raj Ghat, New Delhi.) , 12.Devarshi Yogapith works with different cultural societies for exchange of their views on Koran, Bible, Gurugranthsahab. We know that God is one and religion is one; these are but different cultures. For communal harmony we organize cultural seminars. , 13.We are doing research work on swar vigyan(idaa,pingala & susumna) which is very helpful to cure various diseases. , 14.We are also working with differently abled people to help increase their confidence levels. We are motivating them to use their strengths to their best possible efforts. , 15.We have different exercises that help sportspersons by increasing their confidence and energy levels.
