Special features of the organization

BGMS runs an Urban Family Welfare Centre at 511, Dum Dum Park, Kolkata - 55. runs a general opd for patients of the locality. Runs family welfare programmes - distributing contraceptives and performing sterilisation. BGMS also rum 5 creches - 2 at Dum Dum Park, 1 at Shyamnagar and 2 at Khardah.The centre has been awarded the 1st prize in achieving the highest performance in sterilizations operation in West Bengal in 1980.
