Aradhana Social & Development Organisation 03, within short span of its activities, emerged into an organisation of hopes and aspirations of many under-privileged, including women, children & aged persons, through its diversified functions. Beginning with a Health Education and care programme for members of SHGs under SGSY scheme in North 24 Parganas, in collaboration with DRDC, North 24 Parganas, followed by a Thallassamia Awareness, programme in Barasat municipal areas sponsored by West Bengal voluntary Blood Donors Forum, Aradhana participated in various development programmes for mainstreaming the underprivileged through sustainable economic and social development in collaboration with both state and central Government, state and central government undertakings. Of these programme of income generation activities of Nehru Yuba Kendra, Skill Development Initiatives of NABARD and Development of Food Processing GOWB, mainly for income generation and better livelihood of women folk, are remarkable. Hundreds of women were benefited through trainings and performance linked production and marketing facilities. , , Aradhana is running a HOME for 50 destitute minor girls in collaboration with Department of Women & Child Development, GOWB and a 15 bedded Integrated Rehabilitation Centre for Addicts for treatment and mainstreaming the drug addicts in collaboration with GOI.
