ANGAN BELGHARIA-2003 has been a pioneer of social activities since 1987 whose objective is to produce and enact dramas with the help of young and energetic participant. The themes highlighted social evils and public enlighten caused thereby. The various other activities include arranging seminars, Festivals, Theatre Workshop, exhibitions and Training programs. ANGAN BELGHARIA-2003, have staged dramas at various well-known theatre halls like Sisir Mancha, Girish Mancha, Rabindra Sadan, Tapan Theatre, Sujata Sadan, Bijon Theatre and others. , These dramas received tremendous success not only in Kolkata but also in villages. Even outside the state of West Bengal. Our productions have been much Appreciated by the media and public. , We have staged the dramas like Jiban-Judhdho, Sovone Jonnya, Ingit, Panja, KabhiKankal, Dwija, Trisha, Ramdhanur-Khonje, Dwitiyo- Simanto, Tabuo-Sakal, 26th July. The organization is not meant for one hours play and that is why 21 (twenty one) full time workers (Artist) and 1 (one) Guru are busy with the work of the organization without any remuneration. The organization takes care of energetic young artists and guides them with properly. , It is to mention here that they are planning to organize a seminar for energetic young artists in the coming year. , It is sure that we will be able to stick to our objectives and avoid crass commercialization temptations. , PRODUCTION AND PERFOMANCES , Over the Year ANGAN BELGHARIA-2003 has produced a new play DWITTYO- SIMANTO and has been performing with its other theatre productions throughout the year. The troupe not only confined in the village areas but also performance in the district towns including Kolkata.
