It is a well known fact tht the All India lepcha Association (Gyakar Jumbling rong Shezem), Darjeeling was established with the sole objective of welfare of the lepcha tribal in the country, presenting, promoting the primitive Lepcha Culture and tradition and to safeguard the same from modern civilization. To achieve this objective, the Shezum is engaged in promotion Lepcha language, culture heritage which is rich and unique and the same time it is engaged due to lack of proper initiatives.
