AICURD is a national level organization, we are an , established non-governmental voluntary organization working various , parts of India since 1985, we are registered under society , registration 1860 had registered in Delhi. , We working in Uttarakhand since 2012 as a AICURD; state unit , Uttarakhand on grass root level. Our state office located at Pithoragrah town. AICURD, , consistently been pursuing its aim to improve quality of life of , marginalized sections of population through community based programs , of poverty elevation and socioeconomic empowerment with added , attention towards elementary education, health and training for income , generation activities. , Currently AICURD; state unit Uttarakhand is working on education and , livelihood in Okhalkanda block of Nainital district. NABARD is funding , to AICURD; State unit Uttarakhand for the formations of women SHG. In , the field of education we are running computer training institute , voluntary at remote and rural area of Okhalkanda block, where we are , providing free computer education to poor students who belongs to BPL , and weaker sections. With the computer literacy, we are providing , those students English speaking and personality development course , too and also give tuition to poor. During the course we put career , counseling program from the , professionals. We had put carrier counseling program at remote area of , Pithoragrah and Bageshwar district in the past. , We have been continuously working for sustainable development of , environment and hilly people dependent on local resources. In the , process we have already benefited/trained more than 2000 beneficiaries , through different plans and projects in the area of Bageshwar, , Pithoragrah, Almora and Nainital district.
