Project Implementation:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations at the center.
• Timely management of program schedules, resources, and budgets.
• Monitor progress, evaluate outcomes, and adapt programs as necessary to ensure their success.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Build and maintain relationships with partner organizations, local communities, and government agencies to enhance program effectiveness.
• Collaborate with volunteers and staff to ensure the smooth functioning of the center.

Reporting and Documentation:

• Prepare Monthly, Quarterly and Annual reports on program activities and outcomes.
• Maintain records of participant progress and success stories.
• Assist in grant writing and fundraising efforts by providing data and documentation as needed.

Monitoring and Evaluation:

• Establish and implement program evaluation criteria and metrics.
• Collect and analyze data to measure program impact and make data-driven decisions.
• Continuously improve programs based on feedback and results.

• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
• Ability to work with diverse populations and cultures.
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations in the educational and vocational training sector.
