The Project Management Associate will play a critical role in tracking and managing projects, finance, and product development within our organization. This role requires an individual with excellent presentation, project management, and finance tracking skills.

The candidate will be responsible for utilizing dashboards, drawing meaningful insights, and setting up periodic meetings with stakeholders. They will serve as the single point of contact for all product-related updates and work directly with the Portfolio Manager.
 

Primary Responsibilities include

 

  • Project Tracking & Management: Monitor and manage the progress of multiple projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Finance Tracking & Management: Oversee the financial aspects of projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Dashboard Management: Manage already developed dashboards, update data periodically and draw meaningful insights into project performance and progress.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Set up and facilitate regular meetings with stakeholders to discuss project status, challenges, and next steps.
  • Product Development Monitoring: Track the development of products, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.
  • Ownership & Accountability: Take full ownership of all assigned products, ensuring all aspects are managed effectively and efficiently.
  • Reporting: Write and deliver comprehensive weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on project and product status.
  • Meeting Participation: Attend important meetings, take detailed minutes, and ensure follow-up actions are tracked and completed.
  • Exceptional Communication: Exhibit excellent writing and presentation skills to communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
     

 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

 

  • Strong proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage financial aspects of projects.
  • Proficient in using/ managing dashboards for performance tracking.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively manage stakeholder relationships.
  • High degree of reliability, dependability, and a strong sense of ownership.
  • Ability to go beyond the call of duty to ensure project success.
