About Job Profile

Project Management/Coordination

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Project Coordinator with a strong interest in sports and a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in the sports industry, particularly working with athletes, coaches, and sports organizations. This role will require traveling to various project sites and reporting on programmatic and financial progress.

Primary Responsibilities include

 

  • Coordinate and oversee the implementation of sports programs and projects in alignment with the Foundation’s goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with athletes, coaches, and stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of projects.
  • Travel to various project sites to monitor progress and provide on-ground support.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, deliverables, and resources.
  • Ensure effective communication with stakeholders and provide regular project updates.
  • Manage CSR donor reporting, including monthly and quarterly programmatic and financial reports.
  • Analyze program performance and suggest improvements or modifications as needed.
  • Work closely with the financial and administrative teams to ensure compliance and accurate reporting.

 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

 

  • Demonstrated understanding of CSR donor reporting and project management.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently, handle multiple tasks, and manage tight deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel to project sites and work flexible hours as required.
