About Job Profile

Project Management/Coordination

We are seeking an experienced Program Coordinator to accelerate and scale our School Sports & Values Education Program in Odisha. This role will involve working with government officials, teachers, and other stakeholders to deliver impactful sports and life skills education. The candidate should have experience in curriculum design, data analytics, and government-facing roles.

Primary Responsibilities include

 

  • Collaborate with government officials, teachers, and stakeholders to accelerate the implementation of sports education and life skills programs.
  • Design, develop, and refine the curriculum to meet program objectives, adapting it to different student needs and ensuring cultural relevance.
  • Prepare detailed reports and documentation on program performance, progress, and areas for improvement.
  • Conduct data analysis to evaluate program effectiveness and identify areas for enhancement.
  • Create and deliver compelling presentations to stakeholders, including government representatives, showcasing the program’s impact.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key government and educational stakeholders to ensure the program’s smooth scaling.
  • Monitor program implementation and provide ongoing support to teachers and educational staff.
  • Travel across various regions to support program implementation and gather data for reporting.

 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

 

  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data interpretation and report preparation.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within Odisha.
